Rodney McDonald GWIC decision on 9 July 2021 to disqualify Mr McDonald for a period of 6 months and issue a formal reprimand to Mr McDonald breach of Rules 106(1)(d) and 106(2). 15/11/2021 Severity appeals dismissed.
Penalties: Charge 1 – 6 months disqualification. Charge 2 – Reprimand. Commencement of penalty deferred under GAR 95(5).

Michael Hooper GWIC decision on 24 September 2021 to suspend Mr Hooper for a period of 3 months for breach of Rules 86(o) (charge 1) and fine Mr Hooper $1000 with $500 suspended for 12 months for breach of Rule 86(f)(iii) (charge 2) 10 10/11/2021 Charges 1 and 2 – Appeals dismissed. Charge 1 – Severity appeal dismissed, 3 months suspension imposed. Charge 2 – Severity appeal upheld, $300 fine imposed. 25 percent of appeal deposit refunded Decision
Kenneth Burnett GWIC decision on 25 August 2021 to disqualify Mr Burnett for a period of 12 months for breach of Rules 86(p), 86(f)(i) and 86(g) 08/11/2021 Stay Application granted. The Tribunal orders that the decision of IHP of 25 August 2021 not be carried in to effect pending the determination of the appeal, or other order, on condition that the appellant prosecutes the appeal expeditiously. Shannon Boyd GWIC decision on 3 August 2021 to disqualify Mr Boyd for a period of 10 months for breach of Rules 86(x), 86(d) and 86(o) 08/10/2021 Appeal upheld. Penalties varied. Charge 2: 2 months disqualification. Charge 3: 5 months disqualification. Penalties to be served concurrently. Appeal deposit refunded Decision
