Final Disciplinary Decisions

Rule 181 of the Greyhound Racing Rules outlines that GWIC must keep records of the disciplinary action it takes, and can publish records relating to disciplinary action at its discretion.  

A full list of final disciplinary decisions can be found below.

Note: Participants are reminded that anyone dealing with or associating with a disqualified or warned off person for greyhound racing purposes may be in breach of the Greyhound Racing Rules and subject to disciplinary action.

Participant did a thing which, in the opinion of the Controlling Body, constitutes an offence, by contravening the Greyhound Racing Rules.

Participant  did a thing which, in the opinion of the Controlling Body, constitutes an offence, by failing to ensure a greyhound in his custody did not stray onto any public place.

Participant failed to comply with Clause 15(3) of the Greyhound Racing Regulation 2019 (NSW).

Participant did a thing which, in the opinion of the Controlling Body, constitutes an offence, by failing to comply with a lawful order of a person authorised by the Controlling Body with official duties in relation to greyhound racing.
