Shane Waterhouse GWIC decision on 16 November 2021 to disqualify Mr Waterhouse for a period of 2 years for breach of Rules Rule 86(g) (Charge 1) and for a period of 4 months for breach of Rule 86(o) (Charge 2). Disqualification to be served concurrently. 13/04/2022 Charge 1 – Severity appeal upheld; penalty varied to disqualification of 2 years, 6 months suspended conditionally for 12 months, to commence 10 August 2021. Andrew Mulrine GWIC decision on 14 October 2021 to suspend Mr Mulrine for a period of 4 months for breach of Rule 86(o) 17/12/2021 Appeal upheld. Penalty of 3 months suspension of registration imposed, conditionally suspended for 12 months. Appeal deposit refunded Decision
