Industry updates / Commission office closure due to COVID-19

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and safety measures in place, the Commission would like to advise the Bathurst office will be inaccessible to the public from Thursday 26 March 2020 until further notice.

The Commission’s Customer Service Team is still available to assist with registration matters and transactions or general enquiries by contacting 13 49 42 (GWIC) or by emailing [email protected] . The team are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

There are also online services and applications available for you to complete on the Commission’s website. Completed online applications will be submitted directly to the Customer Service team for faster processing. For more information, please click here.
